I'll be getting a new bike in the new year so thought as I'm not using it I might as well list it up for sale in case someone's looking. I can remember trying to find this colour & full fairings and it took me ages!

Purchased from Jack Lilley in 12/08 I am the second owner. First owner must have been a mechanic as I couldn't believe the condition when I went to pick it up. Still spotless, never been dropped / bumped etc.

If memory serves me I think I'm knocking on 14k at the moment;
05 plate first registered 05/05;
Last service 06/09;
MOT until 05/10;
Tax until 04/10.
2 new Avon Storm tyres fitted in September, not covered many miles since then due to the weather.
All receipts since purchase held on file including full service history.

The bike is the darker blue (not turquoise) YC2.

Extras include:
OEM Suzuki Lower Fairings
Pyramid Plastics fender extender
Hamicad tail tidy
OEM Suzuki seat cowl (still have seat and grab rail)
Carbon Can Company slip on (still have original and baffle)
Carbon fibre rear hugger.
Osram Nightbreakers

Bike has always been garaged since i've owned it and given the condition imagine it always has been. Couple of pictures below from a few months ago hence the older tyres, will take a full set shortly.

I'm in no real rush to sell as I wont be buying another bike until next year so won't be taking ridiculous offers. I've also benchmarked this against all those for sale on Biketrader, I've also been given a part ex price which I'm not willing to sell for less than.

£2,700

Small problem with bike trader is that most of the bikes are over priced but good luck with the sale

Just using a well known source to see what others sell for, plus as I mentioned there's no point letting go of it for less than the part ex offer

Just got a glass valuation: £2,660 without lowers which are a £400 option so must be worth at least £40!

Done! Will you take the 40 via Paypal? I can go to 41.50 if it includes the fitting kit. :thumbsup:

Insurance due for renewal next month so any interest? Sensible offers considered.

No longer for sale. Insurance was too cheap to resist compared to the CBR, will keep it for a bit.

Where the hell did you get a part ex offer of near your valuation because i'd trade mine in tomorrow for anywhere near that price i have about 2k less miles and a couple of addons but all the original kit with mine.

Couple of places; riders of Bristol (ducati) a couple months ago now and fowlers. Only two places I tried, that was without negotiation. If you're getting offers much lower than book then walk, I swear some of them make up their glass' guide!

I live on the Isle of Man everything is a rip off, to be honest didn't even think my bike would be worth anywhere near that now, with the added mileage, so will have to look again :)
