Mods sorry if this is in the wrong section but I deemed it as 'SV related' as my intention was to fit it to my Curvy SV

Buell firebolt fairing & screen (in black) + new projector lamps.

Was going to fit this setup to my naked curvy, to make it look a bit better/different. Creative credit goes to zunkus, who's bike I'd spotted it on
(hope you don't mind me posting this for demonstrative purposes):

£100 for the lot posted. Reckon you're looking £130+ on fleabay.

Can upload more pics if anyone needs.
Also included, is a clear screen (was going to tint this myself after painting the fairing to match the bike) which isn't in the picture above.

Why'd you never put it on?

Any other pics of what it looks like on?

Hows zukus's mounted / how were you goin to do it on yours?

swapped bikes
Yeah might have to post them tomorrow though as I'm running late for something.
I had a bandit S fairing frame that I knocked up but that's been used for something else now. Zunkus used a firebolt fairing frame for his. IIRC he said it more or less bolted straight on (although there may have been some modification).

Just working on the same set up for mine. Won a set of Buell headlamps on Ebay today (they are as rare as hens teeth)
My mate is an engineer & has his own workshop at home, so just waiting for him to get back as he works in Gateshead & he is designing a frame for it.
When I saw Zunk's I was well impressed. Sorry going off thread, good luck with the sale.

Yeah zunkus has done a really good job, I even had the paint to spray it (also for sale now ) kinda wish I'd got it done but the bike was constantly in use, planned to do it over winter but got the new bike before.
Good luck getting yours done, will look ace.

no chance of this going on a pointy?

there certainly is, just don't know anyone that's done it
It's just a case of making it fit, it'll perhaps suit the pointy more. I don't know how the fairing frames differ between curvy and pointy tbh.

will consider it. Definetly do i need to get a screen for it or is it all included? Is it just a bolt on or will other modding (bar the mods to get it to fit a pointy) be required?

The screens included, says it below the pic of the parts - it's a clear screen which may look good if you intend on keeping the fairing black but as I was going to paint the fairing yellow I was just going to get some cheap car tint or even spray paint and black it out.

I'm not 100% on the required mods for the fairing, I think if you use the buell fairing frame then it's more or less just bolt on. If you're using an existing sv fairing frame (sub frame) then it may need more modding. Reason I'm not 100% is because I started out with a naked curvy and then just nicked a subframe off a bandit and made it fit, not the neatest way but I'm not neat, looked fine from the outside though.

Great thanks, what started off as a temporary replacement for my gsxr has now grown into a big project. Busy doing a gsxr front end replacement and with the new front end i might just keep it for a while:D
