I have a new BANDIT GSF1200S or RF900 5.50" inch wide rear wheel kit for 2nd Generation SV650 ONLY...
You can properly install a 180/55R17 rear tire, (Some people install a 190/55R17 rear tire) This is what your bike could look like with 180/55R17...

You will need a Bandit GSF1200 or RF900 rear wheel, with clush drive, and sprocket carrier.
Included in the kit are:
Machined Sprocket Spacer
Machined Sprocket Carrier Inner Spacer
Machined Rotor Spacer
Machined Rear Brake Caliper Mount Bracket
Free with purchase "used 47 tooth Vortex rear sprocket"
NOTE: To fit this kit, it is required to grind down the swing arm guide for the rear brake caliper mount bracket...
