Next year ;)

I'm just waiting for the estate agent to confirm the keys have been dropped off with them and then I'm zooming off down the A2, first time on the bike for a month or so (:o) and checking out the new place!

Great feeling i bet. When i used to sell property it was always the handing over of the keys to the new buyer that i enjoyed the most...apart from the commission in wages that is ;)

Seeing them all smiley and excited was really the best bit tho, made all the hassle and heartache seem like it was worth it in the end.

And go easy on the bike wont you, its cold and slippy out there. Dont be in too much of a rush to get the keys and end up sliding the bike and yourself into the nearest A&E instead of the agents ;)

Woohoo forgot to update you all - got the keys! Spidey I was VERY careful, there was compacted snow on the roads around the area the house is in...which neatly leads me on to Ed's question :D - it's Sidcup, in the borough of Greenwich but with a Kent (DA) post code!

It was also freezing on the A2 and brought home exactly how useful heated grips will be when I get them for christmas :D

Just dont get the OXFORD ones mate, or at least read a few of the threads about them and their "issues" first so you know what you may be letting yourself in for!

Congrats again mate. looking forward to coming round, getting drunk, groping random women and falling asleep in a corner somewhere. Woohoo Party!!!

Lol too late I got Oxford ones anyway! The new 2010 ones though, maybe they are better (I thought the issues I'd read about were with the switch - new switch for 2010 at least!).

Party next year now lol :p

*cough* 30 ;)

Hopefully we can do some overpayments, though, deliberately went for a longer term for lower payments with the option of overpayment on the mortgage. It's a 5-yr fixed rate so everything is fixed fixed fixed and up to us if we want to chuck a bit more money into it!
