Just seen this (http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/News/newsresults/First-rides--tests/2009/December/dec2109-suzuki-sv650-model-history/) on MCN about the history of the SV Range over the past 10 years.
Thought some people might be interested.

Why would anybody want to read on this forum....?

I am not sure they even managed to make it a story. That kind of sucked...
What we want is a nice thick book with lots of technical specs and pictures. I found this one (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Suzuki-SV650-Service-Repair-Manual/dp/1844252612/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1261440561&sr=8-3) in my local Book store and it is great, although the story line was a bit slack.
