I think the OP might be wanting to know what to look for?
I would check things like the engine runs, the bike is clean and tidy, the fluid levels are all correct, the chain is clean and lubricated, that kind of thing. Look for the little things which suggest s acarefull owner - anyone can get a bucket of soapy water and clean some plastic surfaces with a sponge, but not everyone bothers to look after other parts!

The milage is 1023 miles

The milage is 1023 miles
It should have had it's first service / inspection carried out at 600 miles, as long as that's been done and there are no other obvious signs of mis-treatment I'd be pretty confident buying it

What is it - HPI? Some check? I can make some check or test at Suzuki's dealer. Is it necessary do it with such milage?

You won't be able to carry out an HPI check outside the UK
It checks the bike has not been reported stolen, or has outstanding debt associated with the previous owner that's secured on the bike. It also checks to see if the vehicle has been written off by an insurer - it does not make any guarantees about the mechanical quality of the vehicle
It's advisable to carry out an HPI check on any used vehicle, even one as new as this may be stolen, or more likely, may have outstanding finance on it, meaning until the debt is repaid the finance company technically own the bike. If you purchase a stolen bike the police will take it from you and you'll receive nothing from them in compensation. If it's got finance outstanding the finance company can take the bike and leave you with nothing:(
Thanks All for the help. I called to the seller today. I going tomorrow to look at bike

Its something you can do in the UK - pay a small fee, and you can get information on a motorcycle you are purchasing - has it ever been in an accident, is it registered stolen, is there finance owing on it, etc etc. For many people, the small fee has prevented them from buying a bike that could have landed them in lots of trouble
{didnt see TLW answered already}

HPI won't record an accident unless it was written off by an insurer

I guess do that, it'll rule out (maybe) if the bike is stolen and stuff :)

:). I think if the bike's seller has got a service book. This is book can give guarantee too. That bike not stolen. Because the stolen bikes for sale can't have a service book (I think so).
By the way. Tell me please (If you know). How do me know codes of errors through the LCD panel? Are there simple operations with it for their reception?

vik650, you'll find the error codes in detail in the Suzuki service manual.

Thank all for help. I just see bike. It is look super :p!! I'm did checks: fluid levels, chain (it is clean and lubricated), VIN #, engine #, looking at the bike's body (It has 2 small scratch. I can polished they with 3M paste). Service book has got marks about repair in Suzuki dealer. Bike isn't stolen. All documents is clean. Seller said to me, what he is only traveled two times to Europe on this bike. When I asked him - "Why you sells the bike?" He told me, what he wants to take enduro class bike. I'm think take this bike.
It's bikes' fotos

Wow, that is a very pretty SV - i like the white and red, it works really well.
If it all checks out like you said it has - have it! enjoy :D The guy who sold me my SV also had the same reason for selling - he wanted something more enduro style (comfier for him I think), and he hadnt had the SV for that long either

Great pictures, I'm not a big fan of white (car or bike) but must say that looks very good particularly with red seat. Keep in touch, I for one would be very interested to see more photo's of the SV in your country.
Welcome to the world of SVs by the way, hope you enjoy it.
Looks very nice!
Is the white/red not supposed to be with lower fairings? I've only ever seen pictures of it with lowers on.
Ive just seen this post so I know Im too late but I have just bought an 08 sv sport and the amount that I went to see 07 plate that had pitted forks was unreal and top yoke and scratches (quite severe) on the grab rail so they are what I would look for. Great looking bike. mine is black with a red seat.
pitted forks is a given on most sv's they all get it.
I was very lucky with my bike there is no pitting on the forks or top yokes at all the previous owner said that he polished it more than rode it which is why it only has 300 miles on the clock and is two years old.
I hope to clean mine as much as I ride it and allways keep it in the dry when its not in use

Thank you. I can take for you only link to the site of sales all motorcycles in Russia http://moto.auto.ru/ (http://moto.auto.ru/) & Suzuki's only http://moto.auto.ru/motorcycle/used/suzuki/ (http://moto.auto.ru/motorcycle/used/suzuki/). If you don't understand something. I can translate it for you. I think you can search by motorcycle brand. Because they are in English. If you want know bike's price. Take digits from this column - Цена: 150000руб & do divide on 46 (exchange course for one UK pound in Russia). Obtained as -> 150000 / 46 = 3260 UK pounds. I counted price SV650 1999 year http://moto.auto.ru/motorcycle/used/sale/205486.html (http://moto.auto.ru/motorcycle/used/sale/205486.html)
