New Year's Resolutions

I don't usually have any, because I am so likely to ignore them after a few days (hours) anyway.

This coming year I've decided will be different though. I am going to endeavour to be less abrasive and more understanding of ****tards, idiots and social mongs, even if it means biting my tongue and turning away.

Try and loose some weight again.

I lost 2st last year, felt loads better for it then got lazy and have since put just short of 1st back on... my aim is to loose that again and get back down to 78kg.

Just need to eat up all the bad stuff before the 1st of Jan

I weigh around 100kgs ;)

I have two NYRs to make and keep, second one is to actually make a bloody effort with the gorgeous woman I have been chasing for two years and who also feels the same way. It's only just over 100 miles, surely I can cope with that on a regular basis

i was at Murrayfield the day Scotland beat the Springboks for the first time in 20 years....some t'wat of a Bokker stole my Saltire, ran onto the pitch and proceeded to put it down his trousers and wipe his bumhole with it....dirty fecker...I then ran onto the pitch in order to *ahem* retrieve my property hwoever, I didn't make it to him as a big security guard rugby tackled me, winding me to the extent I was nearly sick on his feet, picked me up and carried me off......BAH!!

2) Get CV fitness levels back up.
