Uploading to YouTube

I bought my daughter a Flip Ultra Video Camera and have installed the software and downloaded our first video. Having created a YouTube account the video appears to have uploaded OK, however, when i look at my account is states that the file is uploaded but "processing, please wait". This has been happening for 3 hours now! Does anyone know if this is a normal delay or is there a problem? Thanks xx

This is normal...

After you upload it youtube converts it into the flash video format for internet viewing, if their servers are busy it might take a while, also the length of your video and the resolution will affect the time delay

If it's still processing tomorrow I'd consider uploading again:cool:

You tube will be vey busy for the next week or so.

It took about 5 hours in the end, but its up there now so i have a very content 10 year old. Thanks for your help x
