Mum was rushed to hospital in Derby yesterday. Now I don't get on great with my Mum but she's still important in my life and with everything that has happened it was just an awful time.

Chris came round to talk to me and seeing what was happening waited with me by the phone for news. We talked and sorted our issues out and Im pleased to say all is good. Thankfully Mum is on the mend too, high on morphine and antibiotics for a severe kidney infection and suspected stones. She'll be in hospital till tomorrow.

Sometime you have to go through the bad times to realise what you have and to appreciate it more.

Yeah - nearly kicked your butt the other night !!! Couldn't get his earpeice to work or I would have told you so on the game lol

Yeah, gave me a fright tbh.
I was on a private match just figuring out how all the numptys keep getting to inaccessable places and didnt know anyone could join, so imagine my shock when you just turned up, Made me jump lol
Experience provailed in the end tho :D

Ps. i did wonder wether your OH was playing in your name ;)

Sorry to hear about your mum. However badly you get on with your parents, you usually only have one set so it is best to make the most of it. Hope the hospital sort it out for her and she is on the mend quickly.

You are so right that we don't know what we have until we have lost it, or almost lost it. I always say that the bad times are there to test us and prove what we really are. I really hope that everything works out well for you and that you have a great 2010.
