I'm trying to pick up a new board for around £200quid, i normally ride goofy but as with most leftys I use the right side quite a bit too. Becuase of this I want a twin tip board, not for the tricks etc but just so that when I switch to fakey the board is just as fun.

I found a K2 Darkstar (06 model) in a local shop but thats too long its a 160 and Im more a 58 even a 56 when I was learning.

Basically does anyone have any suggestions from experiance of a specific board that might help me in my search.

If you have a nitro board I'd like to hear from you, as a couple of thier boards are twin tip and in the right price range.

Cheers

Depends what sort of riding you're doing, if it's park/freestyle I've had a Ride Kink and a Rome Artifact and both were super bendy and great fun.

No use for belting down the runs at speed though, which is what I enjoy the most.

Abi is a ski queen so I wont be keeping up either way but I prefer to carve it up and **** about.
The bird at xscape was pointing me towards teh Rome Headline and Im glad you mention a Ride, are they anygood? I know they seem to cost a lot but the brand is new to me what are your oppionions on build quality etc?

Well, mine was an old board I bought 2nd hand and it was in good nick, albeit heavily used!

My personal favourite boards are the Bataleon (http://www.bataleon.com/en/boards)s, I use a Hero and I absolutely love it - they've got a couple of true twin boards which might be worth a look at. ebay will be your best bet for picking up a used one within your budget.
