I currently have a three phone but they are bit lame, I mean they customer service isn't great some of time, commuication for them isn't so good!
Is T-Mobile any good now? I had one a phone with them about 9 years ago, but not since then. Are they generally a good network, good coverage and works and doesn't break too often? They are offering some good deals at the moment as well.
I was thinking of getting this phone seems ok,

pretty soild. Which is good as I tend drop them alot. I don't need anything like a blackberry.
What have you lot got, commets?

I have a tocco ultra on Orange, but the again 02 is the only network with decent signal round here. I could have gotten an iPhone for the same price and im kicking my self for not doing that. But depends what you want and where abouts you are etc

I`ve been with T Mobile for more than 12 years and would recommend them. I get coverage in most places except for the areas where all networks experience difficulty. If ever i`ve had to ring them I`ve found them to be excellent and the price plans seem very competitive. The network doesn`t break and the only phone i`ve had problems with was my last sony erricson.... it was a touch pad type phone and was a pain in the bum!

Where do you get t-mobile coverage claire? I've been with them for about ten years, and the reception just gets worse! I can't get a signal in the South, at the AR it was none existant. Ipswich ain't so bad though, up here if I move away from the kitchen sink (Rictus seems to think thats where I belong..lol) the signal breaks. If I sit on my sofa and move my head an inch it breaks signal. Everyone at work gets great signals on their networks, I get one bar, if I touch my nose, stand on a chair, and do star shapes!
Its terrible, I'm going 02 when my contract is up!
However if you are in France...its great!

I find tmobile reasonable.
Signal is not the best but been with them a while.
They had the phone I wanted at a reasonable tariff.
Job sorted.
If Vodafone had the storm2 then i would have got that.
I've been with them for about ten years, ...I'm going 02 when my contract is up!
Wow have you been sold into slavery with that contract?

i was with t mobile for about 5 years but found that their signal was getting worse daily so i changed to vodaphone.
i cannot fault t mobile with their customer service and always found them very helpful when i had to contact them.

T mobile signal is guff. No point having a good contract if you can't use your phone
O2 is the best

lol, not a ten yr contract:rolleyes: I just demand a nice phone and bargain a good price for their contract by threatening to leave if they don't do it for the phone I want.....which is usually free!

and this is the main reason for staying, customer service is very good, can't abide waiting for ages to talk to someone who ends up being a dumbo at the end of the phone, who I can't uderstand as they aren't from this side of the water!

Sorry if I'm reiterating anything anybody just said, I had CBA to read.
I just bought a new phone. O2 have the best signal standard, I remember seldom getting no signal. It's then really followed by Virgin as far as I know. T-Mobile, Vodaphone, 3 are all renowned for not-so-good signal.
Most of the time Virgin and O2 have the best deals too, I recently got a Tocco Lite for £60 (before Jan sales) and Virgin are doing a deal for £10 a month, 200 minutes and Unlimited texts, if you're interested. I found O2 had good customer service when I had a problem, no so much for Virgin.

Not wholly true. My employer uses their network for work mobile phones and I struggle to get signal coverage. Even at home when there is a phone mast at the end of my road :S
However one of my best friends and my sister are with T-Mobile and they have had no problems. So...it really depends on which service offers you the best deal.
if you like your exisiting service provider but are tempted by something T-Mobile offers, then give your exisiitng provider a call and tell them you are leaving because you've found X,Y,Z. More often then not they will try and match it or give you something better. Worth a try!

Signal OK but customer service is useless, takes them 2-3 phonecalls to get any changes through & every time takes another month before change can be registered.
Phoned & changed tarriff in Oct, waited to Nov. bill, wasnt done phoned again, said there was no record of my call, requested change again last month have to wait for 15th Jan now to see if it goes through, would rather be with O2 I think, sons friend is also with T mobile, also has had very poor service, not recommended.
Signal from 3 is good.
You might not always get 3G for internet, but it seamlessly default's to some other carrier if you can't get a 3 signal so calls are almost always fine.
Customer Service is OK if you're not too racist.
