Hmmm, ok, well, on the basis that i'm mostly running on the weekends these days I'll leave weekend meetups to someone else to organise and i'll concentrate on a weeknight meet.

Day-wise Tuesdays or Thursdays are best for me.
The Keystone is/was good for Thursdays http://www.thekeystone.co.uk/Pie%20Night.html
Any other thoughts/preferences?

Great!
Of course you qualify - one of our illustrious leaders is from Bracknell - not that any qualification applies

I think we just need to wait for the weather (for probably 3 months )

Nearly everyone turns up in cars anyway so surely that doesn't matter? ;)

when weather is better

Ha. You've been living down here with us soft southeners for too long. Where's the kitkat of old who saw a sheet of ice as simply something that made raptor flat tracking easier eh?

 summer in Scotland you have to love it. Too old now, joints dont like the cold. Not keen on rain either, once again summer in Scotland has put me off. but then you cant say anything about riding in the rain, last GM rideout I was on you all got to petrol station and turned home - party woohoo
