As forecast, this morning saw low cloud, so I was up to watch a beautiful sunrise.

what i would like to know is, why do you not have a lot of snow on the ground down there, while the rest of the country is 'blanketed' in the stuff?

The Mrs has just reminded me it's bin day for us Wednesday but I'm quite certain no bin wagon is coming onto my estate - don't think I'll bother dragging the bin out unless the council has a new hover wagon or maybe a husky drawn skip? :smt079

actually it was freezing up rather than dirty.

about 06.30 or so, started taking pics at 07.25, sunrise was actually around 08.00, so not to early.

what i would like to know is, why do you not have a lot of snow on the ground down there, while the rest of the country is 'blanketed' in the stuff?

we did have about 4-5 inches of the stuff, then we had a lot of rain which washed just about all of it away, since then it's frozen a couple of times leaving most of the roads clear and just the minor ones with nice black ice patches all over the place, I tthink I prefered the snow actually.
