Now I know that the weather could well be playing a part in this.
I bought some personalised dart flights and stems on Tuesday, received my confirmation email. Read through the website, I had paid for next day delivery, and was aware that my order would not be sent out until Wednesday, meaning that it would not arrive until yesterday.
Now, I wouldn't be too shaky over it, but, I sent an email just to check if my order had been dispatched yesterday, no reply, I decided to call, Number busy, tried many times over the course of the next two hours, number busy. No reply to my second email this morning.
What do I do?
To add salt to the opening wound, I didn't pay by Credit Card :(

You're joking right dude?:p
Have you looked outside?
I'm waiting for two things, one shipped Monday, the other ordered Tuesday, haven't recieved either and the shop I bought the second from hasn't even been open since I ordered..
Just wait, chances are the company has been closed for the last few days...

Would you believe no sooner had I clicked "Post Reply" than the doorbell rang and a postie was standing there with the item I ordered on Tuesday?
It was send Special Delivery though, we haven't had regular post for two days now
I'd give it a little longer before getting worried given the weather we've been having to be honest

Ordered a few things for my daughter's birthday this weekend. Should have been here Mon / Tues. Nothing up to yesterday but I'm just putting it down to weather disruption. Keep calm and carry on, I expect you'll get your stuff in the next few days.

Considering when push comes to shove Special Delivery items are the only ones that'll get delivered perhaps it's not such a bad idea...;)
Just ordered a coffee off the wife. Not expecting that to arrive

Nothing still come, but it turns out, I screwed myself over in a good way :???:
I didn't have enough money in my account to pay the paypal payment (soooooooo glad I didn't use my card now) because that comes out a bit later I think, therefore the bank reversed it. So I haven't paid it now.
Still can't get hold of the company via email or phone. Still a busy line :???: Weird.
EDIT: Tell a lie, my paypal is in negative balance, so they have got my money

So maybe the reason it wasn't sent was because you never paid for it..?

Oh well, at least if you used PayPal you have some protection. Though you may be entitled to a refund of the difference between "next day" delivery and their standard delivery fees.

If you didn't have enough to pay for it, doesn't it put you overdrawn? Is your paypal acct not attached to your bank card?

What it does by the looks of things, is it puts it into a negative balance, you then have to use the bank account to put it back into positive/zero, which is what I have done, else I will incur fee's from Paypal. I have no opened a dispute with Paypal and the seller. Things is, it's not an ebay transaction, i just used the pay by paypal option. I phoned paypal, they confirmed that the company have the money.
