Lynx isn't as good as right guard, I think the powder in the anti-perspirants gives them a better kick.
Best one I ever made was out of steel steam pipe and used oxyacetylene.

Heh. I had a misguided youth. Would put a D-cell battery through 3/4" plywood though.
Only thing is oxyacetylene is not very portable so the smaller ones are a bit better.
There's some ace full-auto designs out there with metered propane injectors and fans to clear the spent gas and allsorts. Great toys.
P.S biggest mistake is too much fuel

I could make a WMD spud gun with the amount of portable compressed air I've got in our trailer
