How deep was it -looks like they're diving on mixed gas? Is it fresh or salt water?
I bet it was fun before the the ice broke :)

Only nitrox which doesn't mean deep, just longer bottom time :thumleft: Still looks cold though!

I have a pit bike that is spiked for use on ice. Good fun, needs to be approached with a bit of common sense, but otherwise nowhere near as dangerous as it would first appear. I would be very paranoid about riding on ice that I didn't know the thickness of, unless I knew the water underneath was exceedingly shallow and had a man made 'floor'.

Well, it has to be said. If someone was going to buy me cider to go ice diving I'd be very tempted. That is, providing I had a suitable buddy and surface support crew who wouldn't drink all the cider.

I don't get the point of riding on ice if your tyres are so spiked that you don't slide
And Badger, you can't always trust your spellchecker ;)
