Owning an aircool as I do, and appreciating exactly how lacking in go the average VW bus is, I found this funny:

i'd be tempted to go down a size, especially with RWD ;)

I suspect that a bus powered by that would be condsiderably quicker than mine - which, truth be told, isn't difficult.

Hi Sid ...

As you might know I work for Subaru & quite a few people are fitting WRX

engines to VW buses ! :D

Theres a company that make an adaptor to join it straight to the VW transmission & an inline wiring loom adaptor.

One came into our place the other day with the 320 bhp lump fitted !!

I bet the VW transmission loves that:(
I have a vision of the WRX lump flying up the road minus the rest of the vehicle.:D

Scooby Stuff
I know a couple of T25s, (like mine), with Scooby motors in them, (unlike mine), not a cheap or simple conversion unfortunately. Don't know any WRXs, the EJ22 Legacy motor seems a favourite.
