I am SO over Windows Movie Maker....why does it split your movies into 100 5 sec sections you have to drag onto the timeline all over again ?

Then the movie fails when you try to burn to DVD....

Whats out there thats simple to use for PCs?

Premier i think is quite complicated btw ....;)

I feel your pain.

Windows Movie maker has been doing my head in for a while now. Loads of crashing. Fussy over file types.

Latest thing is it will not load my saved project files! They are sitting there with hours and hours of work on them, but suddenly it is knocking them back. "Have you moved/changed/deleted this file... blah blah"

Bought Roxio 2010 package. £27. Got 2 simple movie makers on it. (And an excellent convertor, the only bit I have used so far and a vinyl-to-digital that I am looking forward to spending months with.) Having to start a project from scratch again on it this week. Hopefully its as simple and quick and easy to use as WMM.

We use Premiere at work. I find it ok. But then again I'm not a professional video editor, so it's fine for the stuff I want to do.
