Sorry, too much chuffedness.

The company I work for has subsidieries in 140 countries, and in most cases the Service Depts in each country is broken down into 'manageable' Service areas.

I manage Service for northern UK, with 15 engineers and an overall budget including targets of about £3.5mill.

Figures out for '09.

First time fix rate - top
Completion time of repair - top
Completion time of maint - top
Effective time on site - top
Profitability - top

Am I chuffed/smug or what!

Sorry, just busting :D

This is when they decide that your department can only have acheived top status by being overstaffed...

Evil barsteward if you please!

They are a fantastic bunch of guys, brilliant for a p!55 up. I'm taking them into Manchester late Feb ---- and leaving them there... joking. It will be messy.

The pay rise for over £2mill profit.....O%

But as the MD said, at least we didn't have to lay anyone off.

Well done Bri, now you just have to keep it up or they will accuse you of under-performing. :smt064

Good for you though, enjoy your moment of smugness and be proud of your achievement. :D
