*cough* Typically, 3,500 join every day, so even without any extra we'll be donating around 7k. *cough*
Shouldn't that statement actually say, without any extra we'll be donating around £1750? Or have I mis-read that?

Theyre basing it on the fact that 3500 people join a day
So that will be £1750 a day so i work it out they run it for 4 days = £7000

Ahh, cool. I'll let them off!
I always get suspicious of something-for-nothing offers esp. when a) they want my personal details & b) I see typos and/or other inaccuracies. Guess I need to turn my spider-sense down a notch or two for this one!
Come on people!
I was hoping to get 100 extra people to sign up to this, so that I could take credit for an extra £50 going to Haiti - maybe a drop in the ocean, but it doesn't cost you anything, plus the email is really good!
Thanks

Side Note:
Any of those people recieving texts from Orange (in my case) or what ever your mobile service provider is, suggesting that a text to a 5 digit number will dontate £2.50 to the fund.
PLEASE DONT TEXT THOSE NUMBERS! If you want to donate £2.50 thats awsome but phone one of the direct aid organisation numbers to make that donation. The text numbers which have been set up charge you a network administration fee and its ****ed me right off that the big cheese fat cat f*ck*rs are getting fatter off of a tragic event like this one.
Again I've nothing against the raising of money £2.50 is very reasonable IMO but what is completly unreasonable and frankly shameful is the £1.50 service charge which goes to the service provider for sending the text.
