Route/place recommendations anyone?

I'm heading to Europe first half of April, but I know the weather can be a bit iffy sometimes...No idea where to go but first and foremost would be GOOD ROADS and not too many M/ways unless for short hops to get somewhere. Probably about 7 days and around 2000+ miles would be ideal. I've done some of Spain and France and Holland and 'The Ring' but there are so many options my head is hurting...I bet lots of you here have some really top routes and destinations that would be good to look at? I was thinking of Poland but it looks like quite a slog thru Germany and mways are boring. Any ideas?

Most of the high alpine passes will still be shut with snow, so at least that narrows your options down a bit.

Thanks Tim that does narrow it down a bit, that's the kind of steer I need. It's a tricky one cos the weather is ****e in France often that time of year so I'll need to stay out of the hills, but there'll be loads of great routes to great places IF you have the experience. I don't, so hopefully somebody will share a great trip they've had which will help me narrow down. Don't mind the rain, but don't want to do a survival course!
