The rocks are overbearing in comparison with the bike. Not a huge amount of depth in there, its 2D. The bike looks almost incidental.
Bike, good, mountain, good, fat bloke as well, BAAAADDDD!!!!!!

I like the pic. It'd be nice if it was an older curvy, one that has obviously been used alot (grinches, YC's maybe?)...adds some sort of...I dunno, stroy to the photograph, you know what I mean?
i like the picture though, it sort of sums up biking in a way...take a ride out to some place with fantastic scenery. How you get to a destination is as important as reaching the destination itself (which is why i rarely use the motorway to get to brighton!)
I recall MitchC from Canada, He's got a few fantastic SV bike pic's
example.
