While looking in the mirror i have noticed the sides on my eyes are kinda yellow/brown off white colour? this isn't normal is it?

done a bit of googling and got results like Jaundice? now i may be jumping to conclusions but could it be caused by me going to the gym alot more and taking protein supplements?

any help would be appreciated before i go the doctors/optician.

Hmmm, certainly sounds a bit Jaundice like. I would make an appt to see your doctor asap.

and yeah will do MBK, think its best to avoid gym and proteins sups till i know what it is?

Yep, I would probably make sure I eat foods rich in vitamin C and D cos they are good for the liver. Wouldn\'t take any sups until I had spoke to the Doc if I were you.

If it's a lot it could be liver related BUT BIG BUT that would be drink related

Nah can't be an STD haven't reached that base yet :( im yet to find a girl who rides bikes so not much progress in my love life.

Well with that advert you'll get offers on here for sure, I'm not saying the single ladies of the org are easy but ..... (coat time again for me).

If you are worried by it m8, pop down the doctors but my eyes are normally red when I get up, you shouldn't worry but to put your mind at rest just pop down to the docs and ask em.

doubt its Jaundice m8. you are probebly not getting enough sleep. also if you work out at the gym a lot then your testosterone levels will be higher. your skin will take on a slight yellowing, but you wouldn't know that would you as the fake tan will be covering it.

I've put my name down for the AR10 but now I know that it's the girl guides 100 years or something so all the girls in my life are going to that on the AR weekend so I am f'ed, but on the plus side not by you GB lol
