spark plug removal

So the front one was fine, contrary to the usual, but there's no budging with the rear :smt076 Seems whoever did them last time went to town on tightening the thing and now my spark tool is bent to ****. Any tips or suggestions on getting it out that I haven't thought of?

Also, why don't they make the tool longer so you can actually get something resembling a right angle at the pivot :smt012

I agree in regards too tool length, mine has a further extension bar in the tool kit though, does yours?

Could try it when the engine is warm.
