I needed to do an HPI check and found a comparison of the different companies that offered it here http://www.motorcycle.co.uk/Insurance/Data-checks.aspx
So ranging from free to £40. The free ones don't cover much, I was tempted by the My Motorcycle check at £3.95, but crucially it doesn't cover Outstanding HP. Other than if it's nicked, having outstanding finance is surely the greatest risk that you would suffer a loss.
So next was eBay at £6.99 that covers pretty much everything. But it's only available for vehicles that are listed for sale on eBay.
So I settled on CheckABike. I purchased the pack of 5, so I have 2 checks remaining available for you to use on a prospective purchase of a SV for £6 each. :)
