Or tasty nuts I believe do titanium ones[1]. :)

[1] Although I believe Ti is even worse for galling than Al, doesn't rust though.
;-) I sheared one off trying to get it out and then tried to drill it and missed, end of rear caliper lol, before buying the new ones just see if you can get them out without damaging other things first.

well 5hort5 is going to link you to his brake caliper thread so you know what NOT to do in this situation!
haha yer read that thread, i have snapped both pins, one on the tip and that one come out in a vise the other one snappe in the vise with about 4mm on the end
ended up drilling a small hole in the back and hammer it out
so deffo need 2 new pins now pmsl

me and my muppet moment (one of just a few recently tbh)
Yer sounds about the same as mine but I thought it would be a good idea to drill it from the front, bad idea now looking back on it, I should have measured it on the back and drilled there as the metal is softer. Having said that I'm getting a fully serviced set from husky for 25 quid and new pins will cost you 8.78 from wemoto ;-)
yer you are right funny you say that tho as thats the same pin that snapped at that size lol
any one priced up the pins at a local dealer??
So are you going to clean up the good pin and reuse it, if so I have another - good (in need of a clean and rub down) pin, the one that didn't brake you can have if you just want a free option
cheers but both mine snapped one right like yours and the other right at the tip so i need two
cheers for the offer

Good morning all.
I have used the drill a hole in the back of the caliper & bash it out technique many times over the years, as it's a common problem. I keep a large goody bag of spare pins on the shelf for just such an eventuality:D Let me have your address & I can stick a couple in the post to you. They're a mere £3 each.
I taper the end of the pins slightly with a belt sander before re-installing them. I have found that this helps prevent them sticking in future, along with a dollop of good copperslip of course.
Cheers.
cheers for the offer but had ordered them online.
also needed the washers as well sodid it all in one go
