Marduk in Bristol

I saw Marduk play in Bristol on Sunday night with fellow Orger The Only Nemesis and we had a marvellous time. I also had my friend Siouxsie along and she loved it too, despite the little bald man trying to put his hand up her dress!

What a fun night, the only downer was the horribly short set that Marduk played. Funny moment of the night was the Stage Diving Vicar!

Marduk (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marduk_%28band%29) are an amazing Swedish Black Metal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_metal) Band and we saw them last night.They were Feckin amazing... :cheers:

Anaal Nathrakh (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anaal_Nathrakh) were in a supporting slot, but were equally amazing. :cheers:

I even danced a little bit, I may be old enough to be Nemesis' mum, but that boy can find a good gig! I here by claim him as an Org pet! :smt077

It was never like that in my day... Oh no. I only tried to grow dreads and listen to as much filthy Black metal as I could! Those were the days, Emperor had just released Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk, Enslaved were blasting out wicked Viking themed metal and had just started to appear in my album collection and Akercocke were an unknown demo band from London with a disturbing sound that made your blood freeze. :smt019

lol, beat you then Jayne, i didn't try to grow dreads. I had them...for 2 months then combed them out and went back to my flowing beautiful locks XD.

We gonna have to find some more live gigs, nothing beats Black Metal like Live Black Metal
