What's the best way to keep you fuel tank in good condition?

Keep it full of fuel most of the time.
It doesn't matter as you wont get any condensation in there anyway. and even if you do it does no harm.

Does time matter? As in:

Keep it full if you are not riding for a week or two.
Empty it if away for extended periods - say a month?

???? - Thanks for the opinions.

Another thought...

Im going to paint the underside of mine, as it seems to be slowly corroding, why dont they do it anyway.

If it standing I'd keep it brimmed. You can buy fuel stabilisers as well, but I've never bothered with those. Never had any bother.

Keep it full if leaving it for an extended period of time. Couple of weeks don't worry but a month + the I'd personally fill it to the brim.

Mainly to stop rust forming.

Brim it or drain it totally and seal with some desiccant inside.
