None of that now . lol

Cor i had one.
Most frustrating thing ever was when you were delivering newspapers with slick efficiency then the cassette would get to the end and would inevitably crash and loose all progress.

An autofire button! :D Daily Thompson's Decathlon on there, see how long the joystick lasts (some may have called that muscle training for later years! :p )? And what was the one where you had to run round the woods with a bow and arrow shooting massive spiders that ate you when you got caught?

I showed it to Jenn last night (the link to play.com as well) and she produced a £10 gift voucher she got from a friend for xmas.
RESULT!!
I'll keep you all posted.

That used to scare the sh*t out of me, something forest, maybe?

Those were the days, eh?
Just think about how lo-fi that storage method was- how open (and prone) to errors cassette tapes were for data! Dropouts! Stretching tape! All par for the course....
Don't need the CD & Stick, still got a C64 (boxed) in the corner and I know it still works ;)

I wonder why they didn't put on the 100th game

No list of games? Fail. No Space Taxi, no sale.
Better to just get an emulator going on your PC anyway. Then all the joys of the C64 are yours, not what someone else thought was worth putting on the CD.

Selection of games on that one is smaller and yet so much better! Apshai! Summer Games! World Karate Championship!!!
Don't do it the games are never as good as you remember. You'll just end up realising how carp old games really were and go back to MW2.
