Anyone Used BUPA Travel Insurance?

I can get travel insurance from Bupa through work. It covers me when riding a bike over 125 plus winter sports, so it appears it has everything I need.

Looking for feedback from anyone who has used them, especially if you have made a claim.

Haven't used the travel insurance, but am very impressed with BUPA generally-my premiums have not gone up in 10 years despite disc surgery,knee surgery, and gall bladder surgery. Claims department spot on too, never had anything but help from them.

Thanks Shona, I missed your reply yesterday. Yes BUPA Health is spot on but I want to sure of the travel insurance bit as it is a year's cover. I recognise the travel policy document wording from previous travel cover I have taken but cannot remember where...
