Haha @ wife.

I've actually just got rid of an SV(well, broke/breaking it) but just feeling the pull of getting another gurly bike...'feeling' is easy , it's the money bit that' not so easy

I should be planning for a 'Pointy' really as started picking up parts for one(incase find an accident damaged one) but never know, could go with another Curvy ;)

You can PM me an idea of what the wife would like for it :p and I can say, "Yay" or "Nay" :D

Cheers
Ben

You need to put a price up for the bike as per the for sale section rules even if it's £xxxx ono

Thanks

You cheeky sod!

Jetfish comes over gives me a hard time over the state of the bike hammers me down to £250 for it then immediately puts it up on GumTree for £500.

Talk about taking advantage of a situation.

I'm NOT impressed!

Does that mean that i am not getting the tax disc?;) Just been given estimates for the engine work, bottom ends gone not camshaft:mad: I think that if theres no interest you may see the bike on here next week for breaking.

Keep your eye out for it.

Really want the tax disc? Seems like a pointless waste of postage to me...

I may see if I can get it transfered to the GSX (which needs a new tyre, a bulb replacing and it's rear number plate sorting)

I don't hold it against you I'm just really sorry to see the bike broken. :-({|=

I think your description on Gumtree of 'started knocking' is a little optimistic tho'

You know if you'd asked on Friday I'd have been over there like a shot... Bought myself a beaten up old GSX600F which is currently getting it'd final going over for it's MOT.

I did agree to sell it... and I'm not holding it against JetFish... but I was really sorry to see it go and I am going to miss the poor thing.

Cool, I did some work on one of those a while ago for local guy up Wyke. Nice bike. Sounded great with hole in collector box! Bloody nexus system, nice stainless downpipes, chromed collector box!
