DOH! NCP were basically telling motorcycles they had to pay when they didn't. Look at the sign "Motorcycles must pay normal tariff". What they meant was only in car park spaces. In the motorcycle bays its free but it doesn't say that.

But that doesnt say that from that sign in any way. Dont get it.

I went to park in an NCP car park the other week and it said the same as that, so i turned round and parked somewehre else.

When I was a teenager me and a friend used to ride in to an NCP car park, take a ticket, park then when we wanted to leave ride out through the gap at the end of the barrier. :)

I was told later it really messes with the computer that works out the spaces as it thinks those 'cars' haven't left!
