Is it easy to fit and does it have necessary brackets etc??

Also, what does 'fair' mean??!!

easy to fit, no brackets needed-i'll check garage for suitable fixing bolts and nuts -fair condition to me is used not in new condition-been rubbed down and sprayed matt black.
Will add a pic later today

I got a pyramid hugger and it just came with some long heavy duty zip ties for attaching.
