Seriously feel dodgy today. Was a bit like it yesterday but thought I would sleep it off. Not been sick but feel queasy and really dizzy/light headed. Lots of guggling and bubbling coming from my stomach and really smelly ........ !

I know I shouldn't eat cos it helps the stomach recover but felt so bad I had to eat something to stop me feeling like Im gonna pass out. When I close my eyes the room is spinning. Even typing this I'm struggling to keep my eyes focused.

Uuuuurrrgghhh .......... Someone put me out of my misery!!!

Come to think of it, I have a bit of a gippy tummy too. Every time I move it sounds like I've stepped on a duck :-(

Just eaten a roast beef dinner, so that might help, yes?

Hmmmmm yummy but I have got to cook cheese and bacon chicken, roast potatoes and veg later. So long as I don't throw up before that or the kids will get what ever gets thrown in the oven.

Sounds a bit like what i had at the beginning of last week. I was throwing up though and the other. My tummy was making much noise, was not pleasant!

Hope you feel better soon! Get to bed and eat nothing but drink lots. I didn't even feel hungry for 2 days, most unlike me

If it was food poisoning, you'd feel bad within four hours of eating the contaminated food in most cases.

I hope you feel better hun. Get some fluids into you and lie down. Sending hugs x

Deffo sounds a bit like the bug I had last week. The first day I just felt really sick and my tummy made terrible noises but nothing came up or down..til the next morning...OH MY LORD! And the next couple of days...

Then I gave it to Cheryl...teehee!

Can't play COD as I can't focus my eyes, Wednesdays is Desperate housewives anyway Whooop

Chris in London till Friday so no liquids ROFLMFAO

Crikey I hope it not a bug but it's not going away yet. Had a roast dinner tonight and my tummy is gurgling like I'm hungry. Feels weird, full but empty.

Oh no....if your eyes get worse, call the NHS direct helpline....they can't do much but may be able to tell you of a certain bug in your area.

Record Desperate Housewives and go to bed chick. Sounds to me like you have a lot of trapped wind too what with the empty gurgly feeling and trumpeting!

You could try lying flat on your back and one at a time, pulling a knee up, holding it with the opposite hand and pulling it over your other leg to get it as close to the floor as possible and turn your head the other way. This twists the bottom of the spine and is also really good at getting things moving "down there".

HTH and you get well soon xxx

To help things go thro' try lying on your right side - it all to do with what pipe goes in where. And try warm water out of the kettle.

OK day 3 now. I've got an appointment at 11.10 with the quack to hopefully shed some light.

Got outta bed this morning after thinking I didn't feel too bad. Got to the toilet and had to sit on the loo holding the wall as my head was spinning so bad. Still no D&V but stomach still doesn't feel right. Whoa is me :smt090
