=P~ I'm nursing a semi here folks!
just... too... green!
It's a well known fact that green paint is aerodynamically more rapid than all others due to the molecular composition.
The drag coefficient is significantly decreased when this hue is used.
The paint used for Candy grand blue curveys wasn't too disimilar either ;)

You've left out the mass of all the photons bouncing off it - which, due to conservation of momentum, would cause a force to act on the brightest green areas, directly in proportion to both area and bright greenness. With most of the green bits being at the front of the bike, the net effect would be to slow it down

All I can see is 200 odd photos of a bike in bits...wheres the whole one?
Is it there somewhere?
That bike was once a WSB bike, mmmm.
I saw that somtime last year, very very mmmmm
Despite all the shiny bits, it's still just a p.o.s. 7R. Meh.

I think you are not apreciating the finer details ;)
He's got a point ASH, I'd have spent my time and effort on something a little more deserving than a tarted up 7R

I'm with ASH on this one. My mate brought a ZX7R and asked me to ride it home for him. Covered about 100 miles on it. It had a full Akrapovic system on it and sounded the nuts. He was in his car and I did a fly by at 140. Sounded awesome and what a front end as well.

A guy (maybe gal?) came aorund the outside of me exiting chiswick roundabout one night with his/her KNEE ON THE FLOOR on a 7R
i thought it was awesome
My housemate has two ZX7Rs, I sold him my old one which he's stripping and prepping for use as a track/racebike (we're both thinking of doing the No-Budget Cup next year). I've ridden his road-going one which is perfectly built in every respect and still I really don't see what all the fuss is about. The riding position is excrutiating for me and although the front end is sublime, the handling doesn't really float my particular boat

Ive never ridden one, but a bloke down my road has one and i think its brill, you can here him coming from miles away, it sounds totally awesome.

true it does not work well for long slow miles where you just sit in one position, but if you keep moving the its better, you get off and you dont forget youve been riding a 7r for a while

ZX-7R is on my collection wish list. I have funds waiting.
Is there something wrong with me if i want to lick it?
