Adjusting gear lever?

... on a CBR6RR. Here's an image of the assembly, apologies for the size and ignore the circled part. Am I right in thinking by loosening bolt 16, shifting the whole assembly up a bit and tightening back up I'd be doing the right thing?? Just need a bit of clearance between my toe and the lever when shifting up.

Ah never mind, I was right anyway, just slid off the spline and moved a bit.
