Okay - I will hereby donate £10 on the condition that you do it in 4hrs 45 minutes or under.
I am a bit old school. I reckon donations should be all about encouraging the person to do well. Good luck. Thoughts will be with you etc.
Am I mean?

If it was a fake photo I am sure Sarah would have made herself look more beautiful than in that pic.
No offence like but you look..........worn out. :D

well done! Did you run all the way?

No, I did some bits of walking when I was feeling particularly dreadful between miles 17.5 and 24.
The distance vs speed graph goes mental between 17.5 and 20 but some of that, I think, is due to the tall buildings around Canary Wharf blocking satellites. It looks better until about mile 21 and then there are a few bit of walking until 24 interspersed with bits of fastish running (for me), I discovered that it didn't hurt so much to run fast but I couldn't do it for long because I was so lacking in energy. From mile 24 I got my act together :-)

Can we see your graph? Do you think if you run with a big sack of pasta you could just run fast all the way? :)
Congrats by the way!

Erm, I'll see if I can find a way of putting it on here, might have to be a screen print.
I just had a look at my 5k times:
START TIME09:54:14
5K00:32:26 (32:26)
10K01:05:29 (33:03)
15K01:39:45 (34:16)
20K02:13:55 (34:10)
HALF02:20:5925K02:49:06 (35:11)
30K03:29:44 (40:38 )
35K04:08:59 (39:15)
40K04:45:24 (36:25)
I lost almost 5 minutes queuing up to have a wee at abou the 27k mark which explains the long time between 25k and 30k. I don't have the same excuse for later on though :-(
