Interesting, it would appear Diouf was also charged for driving without a licence when he played for Rennes and got a community service order. so he cannot claim to be unaware of the requirement for a driving licence in Europe

I can't comment too much, but I have heard that he claims he was given a special licence by the Senegalese Government that he believes negates the requirement to get a real licence.

Could be wrong though.
