restriction kit for '05 or '06

Like the title says, I'm looking for a restriction kit that could work on a bike as new as an '06 model. The problem is I live in the USA.

So, if these things can be re-used, I'd like to take one off the hands of someone across the pond. I've also contacted FLInternational (maybe FI International? F-ing sans font) and my info was passed on, so I have hope. If anyone has other suggestions I'm all ears.

If you're wondering, this would be my first bike and I figure it may be a bit too much for me to learn on if it weren't restricted.

Have you tried asking on the SVRider.com ? Its more US based the this forum and you might find you have better luck on there.

Thanks for the tip! I just did.

For some reason, I thought it wouldn't let me post earlier. Maybe because I was in a Sale/Wanted section. I figured I'd try here, too, in case the folks in the US weren't familiar with the kit. It'd be really convenient if someone in my area could figure it out [-o< , or if it's even a good idea in the first place (vs. getting a different bike for a year or more).
