As far as I know they are, although it came with a quill can when i bought it which had it's own link pipe so i wouldn't be 100% sure, can take some measurements for you if you like.

Quick update, that's a back wheel in the picture, the front was lost somewhere between here and Ireland
by parcelfarce. And the engine has gone, sorry mate.
