Running without baffles fitted

Got a fuel exhaust, sounds awesome without baffles.
What is the penalty if stopped without baffles fitted ??
Fine, points etc ??

probably end up with a ticket and a talking too-you should be ok aslong as its not too loud-use common sense when riding and don't blast it in built up areas.

Some people may start riding without baffles just to receive that punishment!!:D

My baffle is currently......not in the exhaust.

I know it's cheeky, but if I knowingly ride past a police car, I always clutch in. Or if I need to use the throttle, short shift with small throttle.

Spose I should find it and keep it under the seat.:rolleyes:

Mine's a safety feature, I got knocked off last year, driver didn't look or indicate. If I'd have had the baffle out, there's no doubt he would have heard me and not turned across my path.
