Hello everyone!

I'm Clair AKA Mrs specialone!

Seeing as my other half is always on here I thought I would sign up and join the fun!

I'm not a rider, just pillion. I've already met a few of you lovely people (Hi to Speedy Claire, Luckypants, Ralph and DMC) and seeing as I'm signed up for the AR thought it would be nice to get to know a few of you.

Hope to meet a few of you at the AR.:D

Hi Claire

How you doin? Yes the name was Phil's idea after a great debate. Seeing that this is a U rated sight I couldn't use some of the other suggestions. LOL!

No he didn't, I'm a bit of a weller fan! If i'd have left it to him I dread to think what he would have put there.

Yeah, pink is bad. :smt078

Welcome Clair, hope you enjoy the fun here. As another newly passed rider, I fully recommend the joy getting your own bike. It can be scary at first, but with in a couple of hours, there is a real joy in piloting your own bike. :D

:smt039Welcome to the madhouse!

Hey Phil, that's you screwed next time you want to add "another piece of junk" to the garage, nowhere to bounce the idea around before you break it to Clair!

For those that don't know what I'm on about, Phil and I arrived home from Wales with his DRZ about the same time that Clair arrived home from work. Phil so proud of his new bike and with a big smile on his face asks Clair what does she think of his new pride and joy. Clair looks down at the bike with disdain retorts with a sarcastic "Oh great, another piece of junk taking up space in the garage!" as Phil's face drops! There could have been a mega talented comedy scriptwriter behind that moment, it was brilliant, well done Clair! :D

Hi Colin

Don't worry I always know when there's an idea brewing! I pick up on the ever-so-small hints, I just don't say anything. As for DRZ, must admit pretty cool:cool: It's the state he comes home in after green laning, mud everywhere! It's like having a 39 year old kid.

Hope your wife's interview goes well.

Thanks, I'll pass it onto Sandrine.

Covered in mud...

Yeah, my wife looks at me wide eyed then looks at her clean house, as I walk up to our glass back door then holds her breath while she sees whether I'm about to open the door and walk in.

"so you've been off-road then?", "no sweetheart, I got this muddy on the M42"

It's like having a 39 year old kid.

Every video I have has the sound of the engines going Thump, Thump, Thump, Thump, and the sound of Phil going Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha! :D
