does anyone have one of these? its the bracket that connects the bottom yoke to the headlight?

my headlight just moves up and down with hardley any force, obviousley affecting the headlight aim??? i presumed the missing bracket on my bike was the reason??

Tighten bolts on side, they are plenty to hold it on mine.
