You could probably freeze it, then batter it and fry it...

Soulkiss, off to pop some in the freezer to see if actually can freeze...

I had deep fried cheese cake once in Louisiana, not something I'd reccommend!

if that fails, I'll give you my chickpea fritter recipe, which has almost the same ingredients. Note: it is not Falafel!

Haha, that's fab, I want to dive into it with the worlds biggest toasted flatbread...lol. I lve the stuff, don't care how it's spelled as it changes all over the place. It has to be one of the easiest dips to make at home and save yourself 100's of calories!

Houmous is essential for a nice Middle Eastern/Mediterranean dinner. I just can't get on with Tarama Salata as well, and I find I get sick of Tzatziki too quickly.

I wonder if it was Hamas Houmous?
