Charity Ride from Lands End to John'O'Groats

A couple of friends of mine are doing a charity ride for Help for Heroes and asked me if i could promote it on here.

If you can even spare a quid that'd be awesome, i'll be riding with them from Plymouth to Lands End. Anyone is welcome to join them on the trip down.
