Resort near S'Arenal for me, four star all inclusive for two weeks. Arriving back from the GM on the Sunday night, and flying out on the Monday morning. :cool:

hello all yep its glorious over here dave not used to sun hibernates most of the day as he would not listen to me and got burnt first day, typical man.
having lots of fun im now not looking so pasty which is good, glad warm in england too,its not the sangria thats helped his spelling its ponche and never being sober long enough to get a hangover

28 years ago on bike in south of France (CX500).

Riding on local roads in shorts and flip flops only. no helmet etc. Lovely and cool.

Till I stopped and discovered huge blisters on my shoulders, legs, feet. Worse were my ear lobes. I had to burst the blisters to get my helmet on.

Can still feel the pain just thinking about it.

I did the same in Greece on a Honda AX1. I had jeans on, but it was my nose, forehead and ears that ended up literally like a piece of crispy bacon.
