Firstly my appoligises for the lateness in my reply to your email. I have just returned from a long business trip closing out many property aquasisions in Central Africa. I am now home but very tired. Lots of traveling is not good for an old man such as I.

Thank you for your response to my advert, yes it is in very good condition and at £14,950 is very good value as you will agree once you see it. I would prefer to have cash, but I might accept a bankers draft if you have a good and honest face.
