had a massive row with the neighbour- the guy is an idiot anyway ... he moaning about when it rains it floods his garden from our garden.. he makes that much noise with his grandchildren etc etc it is mad so I said to him we are quiet compared to you etc etc and that I could have 40 bikers round here every weekend if I wanted..cos he said you staet that bike up ay half seven at night.. we have to put up with that !.. half seven? i do it maybe once a week if not its not been used .. for 5 mins..
so I might just call his bluff and put an open invite on here sometome for a bbq and beer day and 40 bikes !!!

I know the feeling, used to have a similar pain in the ass neighbour. stick a pipe from your exhaust through his letterbox and smoke him out! maybe he'll move house and you'll get a friendly biker loving family in instead, you can only live in hope!

This reminds me of a rideout that ended at Ed's old gaff. He didn't get on with his neighbours either. It was quite a sight to see so many bikes all lined out outside his house. Then to top it off I believe there was a sign with "keep off the grass" so Drew went and "died" on it. :D

In all seriousness quiff if he's put a permiable pipe in as described and you've still got water transfer then, he's either not done it right, he's got a burst water pipe running through his grounds or its a natural spring.

Nothing you can do about it if its the spring without doing major earthworks, the other 2 problems are obvious fixes.

That said, count me in for the 40 bike salute BBQ ;)
