Nah am broke after buying new bike, fitting new bathroom, and buying a new fridge since my other one blew up last week :(
Fingers crossed nothing else breaks so a can save my pennies for some leathers, new tyres and fuel for Dot. She has a drinking problem already and only been out on her 4 times lol :razz:
Possibly, wil decide a few days before the event as per usual!

I've got permission from work and wife, so will be something off the radar that messes this up.
I've a lack of holidays, so I'm stopping work at 12 on the Friday and heading down straight from work. My plan for the return is an early departure on Monday to go straight into work (start at 1:50pm).
What you doing BF?

My current plan is to leave early on the friday morning to get to the campsite at a decent time as it's a fair trek down. As you are on the Busa I would imagine you will catch up with me around half way down. :p
Exactly when I head back up will be weather/funds dependant.

I'm still a floating voter on this - I do fancy it but it'll all depend on what's still needing done to the house by that point...
I have got the time off for it but don't think I will ahve sorted out the lack of bike situation by the AR so am happy to be a Spearie support vehicle or if anyone else needs kit picked up, am happy to help if possible.

I'm still going. Still planning on a noon departure from East Kilbride on the Friday and to head back early Monday morning.

Any updates on this one yet kids? I've actually got no real reason not to go at this point, other than it's a ball-ache of a ride down and I'll probably not get away until 5pm on the Friday... Might see if MBK would mind lugging my camping stuff in her car actually, that would certainly help matters a great deal!

I am still planning on heading down but will be leaving on the Friday Morning.
I will post a up a wee route plan shortly. Intend to stay off the motorway as much as possible.

That's me now on a fortnights holiday; the work's laptop has been chucked into a corner; the wife has picked up a new(old) car; the bairn has been promised a few days out; ....
..... so now I can focus on having a blast !!
Really looking forward to heading off down south next week.
I'm afraid I'm going to have to bail on this now:( Despite 6 months qand continual reminders my ex has told me she needs me to look after my wee lad. Oh well at least he and I will find something fun to do.

Well, AR10 day is finally here for me. Fully loaded bike is sitting outside the office, all ready for my sharp exit at 12:20. Only 350 miles to the AR. At 186mph I could be there in just under 2 hours!
Have a safe ride down chaps and chapess.

Dunno if you would be interested CF, but we plan to do a scenic ride tomorrow, taking in Snowdonia and Aberystwyth.
