Yeah i read that, on the beeb website and then spat my drink out all over my keyborad when i read the the officers name was Dave Disney! What a great name, probably some micky mouse cop!

Sad news about Paul Gray. Some of Slipknots stuff is just out there other stuff not too bad. A great concept of a band though.

RIP Paul

I am fairly sure that Paul was into drugs (got caught by Police allbeit back in 2004 or something like that) ...though it would not surprise me if they all were at one time or another. Corey Taylor I am sure has said before that he was...or alcohol dependent. Can't remember which.

I have seen Slipknot live once and they were absolutely mega.

RIP.

Yeh Corey was alcohol depending...but claims to not drink anymore, Joey was on coke but claims to have stopped but no idea about Paul....

Wonder who they will get to replace him?

I love playing Slipknot loud in the office - watched them from the wings of the stage at Ozzfest when I worked for Sony and they were brilliant. Very sad and you kind of hope he went out in a rock and roll manner and didn't choke to death getting a wine gum caught in the metal mouth bits in his mask.

They say things come in 3's, Ronnie Jmaes Dio then Paul Gray, sheesh, what/who next?
The next time you hear thunder its just certain rockers settling in.
RIP Mr Gray.
